La Villa un dimanche en Provence, Your vacation bastidon in the heart of the Luberon

La villa un dimanche en Provence welcomes you 5 km from the center of Gordes & 1 km from Joucas, in the heart of Provence's golden triangle. Situated in the countryside, not isolated, on a 5000 m2 olive grove, it includes a pool house (WC & summer kitchen) and a private outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m) with breathtaking views over Roussillon and the Luberon.

This single-storey, air-conditioned cottage, 75 m2 for 4 people, includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has been designed to take full advantage of the outdoors and the dominant view.

The villa comprises an entrance hall opening onto a bright living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with modern comforts and air conditioning. Giving access to shaded terraces with views of the garden, pool and Luberon on either side.

This accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, closet and en-suite shower room. 2 toilets are also available, the first in the house is separate for a more comfortable life together and the second separate toilet is also in the shed near the pool for greater convenience.

A free Wifi connection (fiber), a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth in winter, and a flat-screen TV complete the setting.

Outside, there are 2 terraces:

One is shaded, with a breathtaking view over Roussillon, and features a summer kitchenette with plancha, table and chairs for the dining area, plus garden furniture, ideal for sharing good times or relaxing throughout the day.

The second, close to the pool, is equipped with deckchairs, coffee tables and parasols, with a lovely view of the Luberon & garden. Laundry facilities are also located in the garden shed, with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m) is secured by a childproof fence.

Le Bastidon also features an automatic gate at the entrance to the property, and parking for up to 2 vehicles. A roller-shuttered bicycle garage is also available for storing, securing and recharging your bikes if required (capacity 4 bikes). Exterior lighting.
