Just 5 km from the center of Gordes and 1 km from Joucas, this charming vacation home welcomes you to the Luberon in the very heart of Provence. Situated in the countryside, not isolated, you'll be charmed by its 5000m2 olive grove, its outdoor spaces and its private swimming pool.

Overlooking the Provencal plain and the Luberon, this 115 m2, 6-per. fully air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and closet. The 1st has a 160 x 200 cm bed and opens onto a veranda converted into a study area. The 2nd has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a children's unit with games and books. The 3rd bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed and a small study area. The house's 2 WCs are independent, for more comfortable living together.

The villa, with free Wifi connection (fiber), opens onto the bright living room with flat-screen TV and old-fashioned fireplace, for comforting warmth in winter, the dining room & kitchen, fully equipped with modern comforts and air-conditioning. Giving access to the shaded terrace with views of the pool, garden and countryside on either side.

Outside, the terrace features a dining and lounge area, ideal for enjoying the day. Direct access from the living room to the terrace, garden and pool makes everyday life pleasant and relaxing.

The outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m) is secured by a childproof barrier. This convivial space, partly covered patio, has a plancha area, table and chairs, deckchairs, coffee tables and parasols.

The garden area is great for children's running, cycling or exploring around the bowling area.

The entrance to the villa is secured by an automatic gate, and the parking lot can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. A shuttered bicycle garage is also available for storing, securing and recharging your bikes if required (capacity 6 bikes).
