1. Reservation

1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

1.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, desired dates of stay, number of occupants, etc.

1.3 Reservations are only confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation email with payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on +33 (0)6 45 54 46 57 or by e-mail: [email protected]


2. Arrival policy

We welcome you between 4pm and 7pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please specify this at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.


3. Check-out policy

Please vacate the mazet by 10:00 am at the latest.


4. Rates and payment

Payment for the stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any service charges and any applicable cancellation conditions.


4.1.1: Standard rate

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date the stay begins.

* A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.

* The balance, 50% of the total amount, will be taken 14 days before your arrival.

* A deposit of €300 will be blocked on your credit card on the day of your arrival, this amount will be released 7 days after your departure.


Changes

For any modification concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay (within reason & according to the cancellation policy), contact us directly, we will try to meet your expectations according to our availability and possibilities.


Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required if cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.

Less than 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
No-show: 100% of total amount


4. Non-cancellable rate

4.1 Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.


5. Passenger responsibilities

5.1 Travelers are expected to abide by the rules and policies of the house during their stay:

- This accommodation is non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not permitted.
- There are no silent hours.

5.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.

5.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The house declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.


6. Responsibilities of the establishment


6.1 We are committed to listening to you throughout your stay to make it as pleasant as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.

6.2 It is the responsibility of our guests to take all necessary precautions for the use of the swimming pool, particularly if they are staying with young children who must be supervised by them, as the owners are not responsible for supervision.

6.3 In the event of a problem during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can take the necessary steps to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
