Villa un dimanche en Provence welcomes you 5 km from the center of Gordes & 1 km from Joucas, in the heart of Provence's golden triangle. Situated in the countryside, not isolated, on 2500 m2 of landscaped grounds, it includes a pool house (WC & summer kitchen) and a private outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m) with breathtaking views over Roussillon.

This single-storey house, 75 m2 for 4 people, air-conditioned, includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has been designed to take full advantage of the outdoors and the dominant view.

The villa comprises an entrance hall opening onto a bright living room, dining room & kitchen, fully equipped with modern comforts and air-conditioning. Giving access to shaded terraces with views of the garden, pool and Luberon on either side.

This accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, closet and en-suite shower room. 2 WCs are also available, the first in the house is separate for more comfortable living together and the second separate WC is also in the pool house near the swimming pool for greater convenience.

A free WiFi connection, a wood-burning stove for a winter's rest, and a flat-screen TV complete the setting.
Outside, there are 2 terraces:

One is shaded, with a breathtaking view over Roussillon, and features a dining area and garden furniture, ideal for sharing good times or relaxing throughout the day.

The second, close to the pool, features a summer kitchen with plancha, table and chairs, deckchairs, coffee tables and parasols, with a lovely view of the Luberon & garden. Laundry facilities are also located in the garden shed, with washing machine and tumble dryer.The outdoor swimming pool (7mx3.5m/prof.1.30m) is secured by a cover and protective fence.

Le Bastidon also features an automatic gate at the entrance to the property, shaded car parking, and a bike rack.
